Ski Pila Visit Aosta
This huge bowl offers rolling runs in beautiful scenery and for
the expert skiers there are steep walls of bumps, powder and open
pitches. From this area you can see the length of the Alps from
Mt. Blanc, the Matterhorn and to Mt. Rosa. The bus stays all day
so you have the choice of skiing Pila and/or spending time shopping
in Aosta.

Tour & Tour of Aosta
The history of the Aosta valley goes back to at least 3,000 BC.
Since the nineteenth century, Aosta has been called "the Rome
of the Alps." You depart from Courmayeur on a private bus,
for the full day's guided tour of the roman and medieval sites that
make up the history of Aosta.
In addition to learning more about this historically important area
you have a special tour of a medieval castle where you learn about
its construction, its reason for being built and about the daily
lives of its inhabitants. Your day is broken up by a lunch in an
Aosta restaurant and then the continuation of the tour in the Roman
city of Aosta after lunch. The guide stays with you through lunch.
Later in the day there is the chance for a bit of shopping. (Lunch
and castle entrance not included. Seniors have free entrance to
the castle).
